Our Store Policies  
Your order will be mailed out within 3 working days upon receipt of payment. For meetups, please arrange a convenient time with us to deliver/ to make payment for your item.

If you have to cancel your order, we would appreciate it if you send us an email within 3 days after confirming your order to inform us of the cancellation.

Goods will be sold in the first confirmation first serve basis.

We do not accept any exchange or refund of our products.

We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, the actual color of product may differ from that in a photograph due to lighting effect.

Primp Up is not responsible for the conditions of items delivered through normal mail.

How To Purchase  
Email us at primp-up@hotmail.com with your name and email address, your preferred delivery method and the name of the item and the item code of the item you are interested in.

Methods of payment: Bank transfer

Postages:     Deliveries will be done through mail or meetups at City Hall/Tampines MRT station.
Rates are according to SingPost Singapore:
  • SG$0.50 for normal mail.
  • SG$3.00 for local registered mail. 
  • SG$4.00 for international registered mail.
Prices of items stated are exclusive of postages and charges.

Handling: Items will be packed in an envelope with a inner layer of bubble wrap.
